For 16 years, Steps of Grace Dance has offered a variety of dance services for our clients. Our purpose is to provide our clients with technical training that includes strengthening and conditioning, flexibility training, dance vocabulary, choreography, body awareness and other aspects of technique that are important for the execution of movement. We also encourage and challenge our clients to utilize technique in ministry, to explore a variety of movements as well as elevate the effectiveness and power of their movements while ministering in dance.
While that continues to be our focus, we are expanding our client base to include our preschool and school-aged dancers! We believe that dance is an expression of art that can be used by all ages and our pre-school and school aged dancers are no different.
As we continue to grow, our hope is that we provide services and content that nurture and encourage all of our dancers to become the best version of themselves and gives them the knowledge and confidence to move with grace.

about our owner

For more than 25 years, Destiney has taught dancers of all ages. From a private instructor to a conference facilitator, she has shared her gift and passion for dance with dancers of varying skill levels and people from all walks of life. As a preschool dance teacher, Destiney created simple songs and activities to teach ballet technique, creative movement and vocabulary while making classes fun and exciting. As a conference facilitator, she had the privilege of teaching teenagers and adults ballet and modern techniques to help cultivate and encourage a love and passion for dance. Destiney has had the unique opportunity to pair her gift of dance with her love for Christ in dance ministry. She’s taught and choreographed dance pieces that show forth God’s glory through the use of movement and props.
Dance has been a part of Destiney’s life since the age of 5. She considers it an honor and a blessing to be able to continue to live out her passion in such a meaningful way.
